Prices and Payment

Each item is listed with prices including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment costs.

Right of Withdrawal

Exchanges and Returns

For purchases via webshop (distance selling):

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your item. You must notify AVIANI in writing within this period for the right of withdrawal to apply.

The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is in unchanged condition. Any seal or hygiene protection must not be broken. The item must be returned properly packaged in its original packaging. You as a customer are responsible for the product until we have received it – therefore ensure it is not damaged during transport.

Shipping costs are not refunded. If you have received free shipping and return the item without exchanging it for another product, a return shipping fee of 79 SEK will be deducted from the refund.

If you instead choose to exchange for another product, no shipping fee will be charged.

If the item is returned after 14 days, you may receive a store credit for the amount excluding shipping. This will be communicated via email.

Important to know:

• Sale items purchased via webshop are covered by the right of withdrawal as long as the hygiene seal is not broken.
• For hygiene products such as panties, thongs, bodysuits and swimwear, the right of withdrawal only applies if the seal is unbroken.
• If the seal is broken, neither the right of withdrawal nor returns apply, regardless of whether the item was purchased at regular price or on sale.

For purchases in physical store:

For in-store purchases, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Instead, we offer:

• 3 days open purchase (refund upon presentation of receipt)
• 14 days exchange policy

The product must be unused, in original condition with tags attached, and a receipt is required for return or exchange.

Please note:

• Open purchase does not apply to sale items in store.
• Underwear such as panties, thongs and bodysuits are considered hygiene products and are not covered by open purchase or exchange policy, even if purchased at full price.

Privacy Policy

When placing an order with us, you provide personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you.

According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to request information about the data we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request correction or deletion. Please contact us via email at info@aviani.se.

Deliveries

Delivery time is usually 1–2 days but may sometimes be longer depending on whether the item is in stock or backordered. If an item has a different delivery time, you will be notified within 24 hours via email or SMS.

Unclaimed Packages

If you have chosen cash on delivery as shipping method, your goods will remain at the postal office for four weeks. Unclaimed packages are returned to us. For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, administrative and handling fees, currently 150 SEK.

Returns

Returns are included in the shipping cost. If you return the item without exchange, you pay the shipping cost of 79 SEK within Sweden and 159 SEK outside Sweden, i.e. the rest of the world.

Returns must be sent with the return slip provided by us. If the return slip is missing in the package, it will be sent to your email afterwards. It is important that you notify us via email at info@aviani.se.

For exchanges, return shipping is always free of charge, but you must use our return slip.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you must,

Refund obligation:

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we shall refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days from the day we received the item or the notice of your withdrawal. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs when sending the item back. We always cover the return shipping cost for so-called replacement products.
